The members of the Tsobol Antsetik weaving cooperative have a tremendous opportunity to jointly purchase the land around their meeting house to create a shared garden space.
Purchasing the land will also ensure the cooperative’s ability to continue receiving visitors at their meeting house. The house rests on a portion of the land that they have been borrowing from the current generous owner. He urgently needs to sell this land and the land surrounding it. If the cooperative doesn’t purchase it, they fear eviction by the new landowner.
Your donation will help them to purchase the land and supplement their families food production through planting fruit trees, corn, beans, cabbage and radishes.
